Sidharath is a Leadership Coach, Business Mentor, HR Consutant, Soft Skills Trainer and Certified Organisation Development Consultant.

He is also the Founder and CEO of People Sculptors: a company devoted to enhance individual performance, supporting people and teams to achieve their full potential. His forte is advising large and medium enterprises in building leadership teams, aligning organization structure, processes and culture with organizational vision and strategy.

As a top leadership team member in companies that he has worked, Sidharath has been coaching the senior management team in honing their leadership skills, resolving inter-personal issues and in supporting them to build individual and organizational capabilities. Sidharath is an experienced Human Resources Professional who has worked in leadership positions for major Indian and Multinational Organizations across a range of industries – Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Cement& Infrastructure. In his various assignments he has worked with such diverse organisations as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Punj Lloyd, Heidelberg Cement and L&T.

Has participated in major HR transformation exercises, and seeks to align HR strategy with business priorities to build individual and organizational capabilities. Leveraging on his rich experience, he can facilitate Leadership Development, Organization Development initiatives, anchor HR interventions in the areas of  talent management, performance management and change management.
